Unable to assemble due to incorrect product contents

Mixed feelings on this product - I ordered one and liked it so much that I ordered a second. Unfortunately the second item included an incorrect set of screws that did not fit the product and as such the shelving could not be assembled. I would have preferred not to leave this review, however I have had no response from Ultra Saver's customer service via either email or the website contact form in over a week, despite the warranty statements on this website and having provided photographic evidence of the issue.
