Delivery times

We ship all items as soon as payment clears. 99% of the paid orders will be shipped the next business day. We use Australia Post for most of our products and couriers for specific items. Delivery time will vary depending on your location. Please use the below table as a general guide.

Delivery Notice

Home Delivery orders can be sent to street addresses or post office boxes (PO BOX). However large parcels can only be delivered to street addresses Australia. We currently do not ship products outside Australia.

 

"FAST & FREE" Delivery Service (except remote areas)

We provide "FAST and FREE" Delivery service for most of our products within Australia. However that does not include the following areas:

  • QLD regional
  • WA regional
  • NT

Delivery Acceptance

All home delivery orders require a signature upon delivery. If there's no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with instructions indicating if you need to call to arrange another delivery time or if you need to collect your order from the delivery agent.

Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items.
